bounce of me,
acoustically the sound
of muffled tall tales and
half truths,
I am impervious to
your spiel, your voice,
you speak with a forked tongue,
a dialect of deceit,
you prey on me with lies,
you are not what you seemed to be,
your smiling and hiding intentions, but
did i forget to mention ,
I am no longer blinded by your charms.
